Refund & Cancellation Policy

Service Description

HypeOutbid.lol is a paid advertising/visibility platform. Users pay to place bids that determine their ranking position on a public leaderboard. The service provides:

• Public profile listing with Instagram link
• Click/view tracking and analytics
• Rank position based on bid amount

Refund Policy

Eligible for Refund:

• Payment was deducted but profile was NOT listed (technical error) — full refund within 7 days
• Duplicate payment for the same bid — refund of duplicate amount
• Service downtime exceeding 72 hours — pro-rata refund

NOT Eligible for Refund:

• Successfully listed bids (your profile is live on the leaderboard)
• Being outbid by another user (this is the core mechanic)
• Dissatisfaction with number of clicks received
• Voluntary profile removal after listing

Cancellation

You may request removal of your profile at any time by emailing us. However, the bid amount is non-refundable once the profile has been publicly listed.

How to Request a Refund

Email utkarshb29@gmail.com with:

• Your Instagram handle
• UTR / transaction reference number
• Reason for refund

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
