By using HypeOutbid.lol ("the Service"), you agree to these terms.

1. What is HypeOutbid?

HypeOutbid is a live bidding leaderboard where creators, founders, and brands pay to claim ranking positions. Your bid determines your rank on the public leaderboard. Higher bids = higher visibility.

2. Bidding & Payments

• Minimum bid: ₹199 INR
• Minimum outbid increment: ₹50 INR
• All payments are processed via UPI (and Razorpay when available)
• Bids are confirmed after payment verification (UTR validation)
• Your rank is live immediately after admin approval

3. What You Get

• A public listing on hypeoutbid.lol with your Instagram handle
• Clickable link to your Instagram profile
• Click/view counter showing how many people visited your profile
• Rank position based on your bid amount relative to others

4. Refund Policy

Bids are non-refundable once confirmed and displayed on the leaderboard. If your payment was processed but your profile was not listed due to a technical error, contact us for a full refund within 7 days.

5. Prohibited Use

• Fake Instagram handles or impersonation
• Offensive, illegal, or NSFW content in profile descriptions
• Automated bidding or bot activity

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these rules without refund.

6. Liability

HypeOutbid is a visibility/advertising platform. We do not guarantee any specific number of clicks, followers, or business outcomes from your listing.
